MOQ & Ordering

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM vacuum cleaners?+

We support small MOQ for startups and FBA sellers. The exact MOQ depends on the product model and customization scope. Standard products typically start from 200โ€“500 units. Custom color or branded packaging may require slightly higher minimums. Please contact us with your specific model requirements for an exact MOQ.

Can I order mixed SKUs in a single batch?+

Yes. Mixed-SKU batches are accepted, allowing you to test multiple models or variants in a single order. This is particularly useful for Amazon sellers launching new product lines. Per-SKU minimum quantities still apply. Contact our sales team to discuss mixed-SKU order configurations.

What payment terms do you accept?+

Standard payment terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) is preferred. Letter of Credit (L/C) available for large orders over $50,000. PayPal available for sample orders only.

Do you have a minimum for first-time buyers?+

We accommodate first-time buyers with sample or trial orders before bulk production. Full-size samples with your branding can be arranged. Sample costs are typically credited against the first bulk order. We recommend a sample stage for all new OEM partnerships to validate quality before committing to volume.

How do I request samples before placing a bulk order?+

Contact our sales team with your product requirements. We will arrange product samples with your logo and packaging specifications. Sample lead time is typically 7โ€“14 days. Sample costs apply but are credited against your first bulk order. Full test reports and certification documentation are included with samples.

What are standard production lead times?+

Standard products (private label/color change): 30โ€“45 calendar days from order confirmation and deposit receipt. Custom ODM projects: 8โ€“12 weeks from brief to mass production. Rush production may be available for standard models โ€” contact us to discuss your timeline requirements.

How long does an ODM project take?+

Comparable ODM projects complete in approximately 8โ€“12 weeks: Brief (Week 1) โ†’ ID Design (Weeks 1โ€“2) โ†’ 3D Prototype (Weeks 2โ€“4) โ†’ Mold Development (Weeks 4โ€“8) โ†’ Pilot Run (Weeks 8โ€“10) โ†’ Mass Production (Week 10+). Actual timelines depend on product complexity and tooling requirements. A confirmed schedule is provided at project briefing.

Can I track my production order status?+

Yes. We provide regular production status updates at agreed intervals. Our sales team sends production milestone reports (start, mid-production QC, pre-shipment inspection, packing, ready to ship). Yes. For fully commissioned ODM projects, we offer exclusivity agreements preventing us from selling the same design to competitors. Terms, territory, and duration are negotiable. Standard catalog products (HC/Mate/SC series) are available to multiple OEM clients with branding customization, but not with design exclusivity.

Can I customize suction power and runtime for a specific price point?+

Yes. Our engineering team provides cost/performance tradeoff analysis for your specific market. We select the motor wattage, battery voltage, and capacity combination that achieves your target retail price while meeting your performance specifications. This is a core part of our OEM/ODM service at no additional cost.

Do you offer private label on your existing catalog models?+

Yes. All models in our HC, Mate, SC, PV, and EQ series are available for private label with your logo, brand colors, and custom packaging. This is the fastest route to market โ€” typically 30โ€“45 days vs. 8โ€“12 weeks for full ODM. Contact us for pricing on specific models.

Certifications & Testing

Which certifications do your products carry?+

All standard products carry: CE, GS, CB, RoHS, EMC, FCC, KC. Additional certifications: CCC (China), PSE (Japan), REACH (EU chemicals). UL available on request for North America. Full certification documentation and test reports are provided with every product order.

Can you handle certification under my private label brand name?+

Yes. For products requiring certification under your brand name (required for CE DoC, FCC ID, etc.), we support the re-certification process and can work with your preferred testing lab or our established partners. Additional certification costs and lead time (typically 4โ€“6 weeks) apply.

What quality control processes are in place?+

We operate ISO 9001:2015 QMS with quality control at every stage: IQC (incoming materials), IPQC (in-process on all 3 lines), OQC (100% functional test pre-shipment). In-house testing lab for performance, acoustic, EMC, and safety validation. Third-party audits welcome (BSCI, DEKRA, TรœV, SGS).

Can we conduct our own third-party factory audit?+

Yes. Third-party factory audits are welcome and encouraged. We regularly host audits from BSCI, DEKRA, TรœV Rheinland, SGS, and client-appointed inspection agencies. Please coordinate audit scheduling with our sales team in advance. Factory is also open to buyer visits.

Shipping & After-Sales

What shipping methods and Incoterms do you support?+

Shipping: Sea freight (FCL/LCL from Shanghai/Ningbo), Air freight, Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS for samples). Incoterms: EXW (Ex Works Suzhou), FOB (Shanghai/Ningbo), CIF. Door-to-door shipping can be arranged for established partners. Full export documentation included.

How long does sea freight take to major markets?+

Estimated sea freight transit from Shanghai: USA West Coast 14โ€“18 days ยท USA East Coast 25โ€“30 days ยท Europe (Hamburg/Rotterdam) 25โ€“32 days ยท Australia 18โ€“22 days ยท South Korea 3โ€“5 days ยท Japan 5โ€“7 days. Subject to carrier schedules and customs clearance time.

What does the product warranty cover?+

12-month product warranty from shipment date. Covers: manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, motor failure, battery defects (capacity <80%), PCB and electronic faults, filtration system defects. Excludes: physical damage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, improper use. Replacement units or parts provided for valid warranty claims.

Do you provide after-sales support and spare parts?+

Yes. After-sales support includes spare parts supply for all active models, warranty replacement units, technical documentation and service manuals, and customer support consultation. Spare parts MOQ applies. Contact our sales team to discuss after-sales program terms for your OEM partnership.
